You can check each service’s monthly data usage in the Admin. Select the Usage menu in the Settings group on the left.

Screen layout

• Select the month (YYYY-MM) to view at the top right. The default is the current month; months after this one and before October 2024 cannot be selected.
• It is split into three tabs: Live, Shortform and AI Clip. The tab you viewed last is remembered.
• The notice above the tabs shows the aggregation time with a UTC badge; data usage is aggregated in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).

Live and shortform usage

The Monthly live data usage and Monthly shortform data usage charts show daily (MM/DD) data usage as bars, with totals in GB. Hover over a bar to see that day’s usage (GB). Use the download above the chart to get an xlsx or csv file containing the date and total data usage (Byte, GB).

AI Clip usage

Monthly AI Clip data usage on the AI Clip tab is shown by video length (hours). For details, see View AI Clip usage.
