Data Migration
You can move broadcasts and data from another solution to Shoplive.
Migration data list
The migration service lets you use the original videos and viewer data (visitor counts, chat, likes, etc.) of broadcasts run on another solution in Shoplive in the same way.
Broadcast data
All of the following items can be migrated.

| Original video file | mp4 file of the streamed broadcast (FHD 1080x1920 resolution recommended.) |
| Broadcast date | Date and time the broadcast took place |
| Broadcast title | Title of the broadcast (up to 255 characters) |
| Views (total viewers) | Number of views of the broadcast (You can choose whether to include replay views) |
| Peak concurrent viewers | Maximum number of concurrent viewers during the live broadcast |
| Likes | Number of Like clicks |
| Chat history | Excel file of the chat sent in each broadcast |
Chat data
By migrating each broadcast’s chat data, the chat from the live broadcast can be shown in the replay in the same way.

| Chat time | Time the user’s chat was sent |
| User ID | An ID that uniquely identifies the user |
| User name | User nickname shown in the chat |
| Chat message | Chat text entered by the user |
Products per broadcast
Add the products introduced in a broadcast to the Shoplive Admin, then add them directly to that broadcast once the video, chat and other migration work is complete.

Using the above as a reference, send the data to your Shoplive representative, and the broadcasts from your other solution can be offered in Shoplive in the same way through broadcast migration.
