In Shortform collection preview on the shortform list, set how the collection is displayed, then copy the code with your settings applied and add it to your store pages. You can open the same screen from a group’s details. Collection options are reflected in both the preview and the embed code.

Collection options

Display settings

• Layout: choose from Horizontal scroll, Vertical scroll Large and Vertical scroll Small. Check it in the Desktop and Mobile previews.
• Product UI, Rows
• Horizontal-only options: options such as Items per row and Show horizontal arrows apply only to the horizontal preview.
• Show More button
• Preview autoplay: Play all or Play one per row
• Auto horizontal scroll
• Randomize content order
• Disable query parameter recording: the browser address (URL) doesn’t change while viewing shortforms, so your site’s own page navigation keeps working as is.

Filter/classification options

Enter Tags (classify content by tag), Brands (classify content by brand) and Product SKU to decide which content the collection shows. Separate multiple values with commas (,), and choose AND/OR search for multiple tags in Tag search condition. With Tag classification display, you can view content with those tags classified out of all content.

Sort/additional options

Choose the Sort by from created date, updated date, views, likes, comments, bookmarks and shares, and the Sort direction as Ascending or Descending. You can also set the display order and a specific collection/product basis.

Copy the embed code

1. Set the collection options.
2. Check the Install code (inserted once) and Embed code (inserted at each location). The code reflects the options you’ve selected, and your Access Key is filled in automatically.
3. Click Copy embed code to see the message Embed code copied.
4. Paste the copied code where you want it inside the page’s <body> to show the shortform collection. Hand the code off to your development team to apply.
