Creating a product

You can create and individual products, and sort and edit those products.

Create and add individual products

To individually create and add a product for a campaign, click the Create product button and enter the product information. After entering and saving the mandatory fields, click the Save to create a product and add it to individual campaigns.

Bulk upload the information of products using an excel file

You can bulk upload up to 100 products using an Excel file. Download the Excel template, enter the product information for each column, and upload the file to add your products.

The required information for the template is shown below.

• IMAGE: product image URL

• TITLE: product name (mandatory)

• BRAND: brand information of the product

• PRODUCT CODE: unique SKU information of the product

• NORMAL PRICE: normal price of the product (mandatory)

• DISCOUNT PRICE: discounted price of the product

• DISCOUNT RATE: discount rate of the product (auto-calculated if no input)

• URL: product detail page URL (mandatory)

• DESCRIPTION: product description

Where can I find the Excel template?

You can find the Excel template at the top right section of the product list to add products.

Is it possible to edit products through excel upload?

If a product with the same URL and SKU has already been registered, the Excel will be updated with the newly uploaded information.

Edit and sort products

You can edit the sorting of Products on the Product tab of the campaign detail page.
