💬How can I create Lottie files?

See the below for creating Lottie animations in After Effects.

    Lottie export

Lottie can be created in After Effects and can be exported by downloading the Lottie Plugin. Please only use Lottiefiles Plugin. The Bodymovin is not supported.

    1. After running the Plugin, click the Extensions in Window and then click the LottieFiles.

    2. Click on the Settings.

    3. Uncheck all the boxes on the Settings, and then click the Save.

    4. Save in your desired file and send it to your Shoplive representative.

When the Lottie file is ready, send it to your Shoplive representative (ask@shoplive.cloud) at least 24 hours before the campaign, and request to apply the Lottie file to the campaign. If there are issues with the Lottie file, it may not be possible to register.
