Shoplive Studio App Guide

    Shoplive Studio App Guide

    Article summary

Prepare and broadcast live commerce on-site, with your mobile device only — no PC required.

Version 3.0.0(Beta) Platform iOS · Android(planned) Last updated June 2026

    Service Overview

ShopLive Studio is a broadcasting tool for sellers that brings broadcast creation, detailed configuration, and list management — previously available only in the PC admin — into the app. Sellers on-site can now handle the entire flow, from broadcast preparation to going live, using only a mobile device, with no PC needed.

Where the previous Studio app was limited to broadcasting shows created in the PC admin, ShopLive Studio now handles every step — from preparation to broadcast — within a single device. The app and PC admin sync in real time and bidirectionally, so information stays consistent even when multiple operators work together.

    What’s Changed

The operational flow, once split between PC and mobile, has been consolidated into one. The table below shows the differences between the previous Studio app and the new ShopLive Studio at a glance.

    Before

    Split Workflow

    After · shoplive studio

    Complete in One App

    • Broadcast creation and detailed setup possible only in the PC admin

    • Run everything from campaign creation to broadcast and wrap-up within the app alone

    • App was broadcast-only — could not operate standalone

    • Browse, search, and filter broadcast lists, all on mobile

    • Returning to a PC was required for last-minute edits before going live

    • Handle urgent edits right before or during a broadcast from one device

    • Required separating the operator and broadcaster roles

    • Real-time bidirectional sync with the PC admin

The PC Admin Remains in Place

ShopLive Studio does not replace the PC admin. Managing many broadcasts, detailed reporting, and similar tasks are still better suited to a PC environment. The point is to add the option of mobile-only operation, so operators can choose the right environment for the situation.

    Recommended Use Environments

The impact of adopting ShopLive Studio varies depending on staffing structure and how broadcasts are run. It delivers the greatest value in the following environments.

    Solo or Small-Scale Sellers

    SMB · D2C brands

No dedicated broadcast staff; the seller personally handles both hosting and operations.

Environments where setting up a PC is itself an operational burden.

→ Lower the barrier to entry with mobile-only operation.

Teams Looking to Broadcast More Often

    Mid-market · growth-stage brands

Considering scaling from 1–2 broadcasts a week to 3–5, but the PC setup process becomes a bottleneck for every broadcast.

→ Increase broadcast frequency by cutting setup time.

    Influencer & Creator Sellers

    Individuals or small teams

Handle appearing, hosting, and setup all themselves, and need a light, flexible operating tool.

→ A simple workflow that completes in one app.

    Enterprise Support Operations Teams

    Large e-commerce · home-shopping subsidiaries

Separate from the head-office PC operations team, support staff need to launch broadcasts quickly on-site.

→ Speed up decision-making while running in parallel with the PC admin.
