Starting a campaign

To start a campaign, please follow the steps below.

1. Start livestreaming using software such as OBS.

2. Start the campaign from the Shoplive admin console.

Start streaming on the software (OBS)

To start streaming on OBS, click on the Start Streaming button to stream the video and audio to Shoplive streaming server.

Start the campaign mode from the campaign console

You can check videos that are being streamed on the Shoplive admin's broadcasting console screen even if the campaign has not started. When you are ready, you can start the campaign by clicking Campaign console > Manage campaign > Campaign mode. To stream in rehearsal mode, select rehearsal mode and click Start.
