What is “Import from YouTube”?
The “Import from YouTube” feature allows you to create short-form videos directly in Shoplive Admin using videos uploaded to YouTube. By simply entering a video URL, the video is automatically retrieved, accelerating the short-form content production process.
Without a separate download process, the system automatically fetches video information such as the video itself and its description, helping to improve both operational efficiency and content acquisition.
How to Use
1. Click “Import from YouTube” in the Shortform List
In the Shoplive Admin left-hand menu, click [Shortform] → [Create Shortform].
Click the “Import from YouTube” button.
2. Enter YouTube URL and Preview Video
When the “Import from YouTube” modal window appears, follow these steps:
Enter the YouTube video URL.
Once the URL is validated and the video is a valid YouTube video, some metadata will be automatically displayed.
After agreeing to the usage terms below, the “Import” button will become active.
Please note that importing may fail for certain types of content defined by YouTube, such as age-restricted content, private content, or premium content.
You can create a Shoplive shortform by clicking the “Import” button.
3. Create Shortform
When you click “Import,” the following information will be automatically populated. Click the “Save” button to create the shortform.
