    <Basic Terms for Shortfom Data Insights>

    • Detail: Refers to an single shortform video played upon entering the shortform section.

    • Feed: The area for exploring details through vertical flicking after entering the shortform section.

    • Collection: Refers to an area where shortform content is organized in list format (Vertical scroll-L, Vertical scroll-S, Horizontal scroll). Collections can be based on various criteria such as All shortforms, Tag criteria, Brand criteria, etc.

    • Preview: The PIP (Picture-in-Picture) style shortform preview screen displayed on the product detail page.

    Detail Views

    This is the total count of views for shortform details based on page views.

    Feed Entry

    This represents the total sum of views upon entering the feed based on page views.

    Viewers

    This represents the number of users utilizing the shortform service. This figure includes shortform detail viewers and all visitors to the page where shortform collections or shorform preview have been added.

    Product Clicks

    This represents the total sum of product clicks.

    Feed Average Duration

    This represents the average duration time of viewers on the feed.


    Viewing Ranking

    Title

    Views

    This refers to the Shortform with the highest Detail Views during the corresponding period.

    If the number of page views are same, rankings are determined based on watch time.

    If they have the same watch time, rankings are determined in order of the most recently registered.

    Watch Time

    This refers to the Shortfrom with the longest Watch Time on the Shortform feed during the corresponding period. If they have the same watch time, rankings are determined by page views. If they also have the same page views, rankings are determined in order of the most recently registered.


    Viewer Engagement Ranking

    Product Clicks

    This is a Shortform ranking with the highest product clicks.

    If they have the same number of product clicks, rankings are determined by taking into account both page views and watch time.

    Likes

    This is the Likes ranking.

    If they have the same number of Likes, rankings are determined by taking into account both page views and watch time.

    Shares

    This is the Shares Ranking.

    If they have the same number of Shares, Rankings are determined by taking into account both page views and watch time.

    Comments

    This is the Comments ranking.

    If they have the same number of Comments, Rankings are determined by taking into account both page views and watch time.

    View in detail shortforms can be found based on both page views and unique viewers.

    Feed Entries

    Total entries for shortform feeds, including URL entry, can be found based on both page views and unique viewers.

    Feed Entries by Channel

    Views and click-through rate (CTR) data for collections or previews can be observed based on both page views and unique viewers.

    Average Duration

    The average time viewers spend on short-form feeds and detail short-forms can be observed.

    Number of Shortforms

    The total number of registered shortforms and the number of shortforms with one or more playback histories in feeds can be observed.

    Player Component CTR %

    The click-through rate for each component on the player screen in short-form details can be observed.

    3 Seconds Video Viewers

    Data on viewers who watched videos for 3 seconds or more in shortform details can be observed based on both page views and unique viewers.

    Completed Video Viewers

    Data on viewers who watched videos until the end in shortform details can be observed based on both page views and unique viewers.

    User Environment

    Information on the environment in which viewers used the shortform service can be observed.

    Tag Click Ranking

    The ranking of tags registered in shortform details based on the highest click count can be observed.

    Brand Ranking

    The ranking of brands registered in shortform details based on the highest video detail views can be observed.

    Top 1,000 Viewers

    The ranking of the top 1,000 viewers who watched shortforms the most.

    Rankings are observed by total watch time, and in case of equal watch times, by the highest number of likes.

    Player component click-related ratios in the context of products are defined as follows:

    • PDP CTR (All Shortforms): The ratio of clicks on product details to the total shortform pageviews.

    • PDP CTR (Product-registered shortform): The ratio of clicks on product details to the pageviews of shortforms where products are actually registered.

    • Product list CTR (Product-registered shortform): The ratio of expanding the product list to the pageviews of shortforms where products are actually registered.

    • PDP CTR (Product list): The ratio of clicks on product details to the pageviews of expanding the product list.
