Using shortforms

Create a shortform

Shoplive shortform can be created in the following two ways:

• Using a media

• Using a live broadcast

By media

You can create a shortform using pre-made videos.

1. Click the Create shortform button.

2. Click the Select Video button.

3. In the window dialog, click the Add new media button to upload a video.

4. After selecting an uploaded media from the Media tab to create a shortform, click the Next button.

By broadcast

You can create a shortform using a previous broadcast that was streamed on Shoplive.

1. Click the Create shortform button.

2. Click the Select Video button.

3. After selecting a broadcast from the Campaign tab to create a shortform, click the Next button.

Edit shortform segments

Set a segment

Set the segment by entering the time or using the time editor.

Specify a segment title

You can set the title for the selected segment.

Add a new segment

Click the Add new section button to add other sections

Zoom in to edit a segment

You can zoom in on the segment to edit it more precisely.

Play the edited segment

Click the Play button to preview the edited segment.

If the editing is complete, click the Done button.

Set a shortform

Visibility

You can set your shortform status as open, hidden, or reserved on a specific date and time

Open

If you set the status to Open, a shortform will be displayed on the service page. Check the End date and select the date and time you'd like to pause the open status

Hidden

If you set the shortform to Hidden, it will not be displayed on the service page.

Reservation

If you set the status to Reservation, it will be only displayed during the specific period. You can select the start and end date according to your visibility plans

Specify the details

Specify information such as the title and description of a shortform. The entered information will be displayed on the left side of the Shortform player.

Add a brand

Click the Select button under the Brand to register a brand.

Add tags

Click the Add button to insert multiple tags.

Register products to a shortform

Add a product banner

Click the Add banner button for a banner to represent products to register.

Add products

Click the Add product(s) button to register a product.

Delete a shortform

On the Shortform details page, click the More options button in the top right corner, then click the Delete shortform menu.

Change the order of shortforms in a list

You can change the order of displayed shortforms through drag and drop. (The changed order will be reflected automatically once it has been changed)

• You can also change the order in the list when searching for shortforms (by tags, titles, etc.).

• Only when tags are completely matched, you can search it.

The changed order in the search results list will be reflected in the overall list as well.
