Setting Subtitle Styles for Each Unit
You can individually customize styles for different subtitle units, including clip titles, the entire subtitle, subtitle segments, and word blocks.
Clip Title Style Settings
Click the style settings button next to the clip title to adjust its individual style. Title style settings include a display duration option, allowing you to extend the title’s visibility for an intro effect. Additionally, clip title styles can be saved as a custom setting to create a default style for future use.
Overall Subtitle Style Settings
Click the style settings button at the top-right corner of the subtitle area to apply a unified style across all subtitles. This allows you to quickly set a consistent style for the entire subtitle track. You can also add a background to enhance subtitle visibility. The overall subtitle style can be saved as a custom setting to create a default style for future use.
Subtitle Segment and Word Block Style Settings
Click the style settings button next to the timecode of a subtitle segment to apply styles at the segment level. To style individual words, click on the desired word block and customize its appearance. This feature is particularly useful for highlighting specific segments or words to emphasize them in the video.
