You can select and announce event winners.

Select the event winners

During the campaign, you can use the event pop-up to announce the winners. Shoplive's event pop-up function provided allows direct and random selection of winners as well as announcing the winners real-time and downloading the list of winners.

In order to announce the winners using the event pop-up, please follow the steps below.

1. Create your event pop-up in advance.

2. During the campaign, select the event pop-up you wish to use for the selection and announcement of the winners.

3. Select the filter you want to apply in the Select Winner tab.

4. Select and add the candidate you want among the searched candidates, or use the Auto Draw function provided at the bottom of the candidate list.

5. Once you have selected the winners, click on the Save button to save the list.

💬Winner candidates cannot be found.

Please check the filter. If there is no user matching the filter conditions, the search will not be performed.

Announce the event winners

1. Click on the event pop-up toggle button to announce the winners.

2. To confirm the announcement, click OK on the pop-up window.
