Using Highlight Clips

By editing and using short videos highlighting the products in a campaign, you can make a replay of the campaign that can increase customer attention to the products.

What is Highlight Clip?

• The sections that are selected in the live streaming of a campaign are automatically extracted and edited, and then transformed to short videos (clips). During the live streaming, you can highlight the sections by turning on/off the Console > Products > Now and clip them.

• You can view each video, re-edit and save it, and create a shortform by combining the edited sections.

• With the Clips mode enabled in the replay player, customers can conveniently view only the highlight clips of products in the player.

Auto-recommend highlight clips

In the Highlight Clip tab, you can check the highlight clips which are automatically recommended. It is automatically created based on the points where you turned on/off through the Console > Products > Now during the live streaming.

You can see highlight clips in the ended campaigns only, and it will take some time for highlight clips to be automatically created after the campaign ends.

Edit and preview highlight clips

View and edit a highlight clip section

You can check the set sections for each individual clip by clicking the View/Edit, and then also edit them as you want. When editing a section, its duration must be set to a minimum of 1 second.

Preview a highlight clip

By turning ON the Display option, you can preview each individual clip on the left view.

Play highlight clips in Replay

If the Display option is ON, the highlight clip plays in the Clips mode on the replay player.

Turn on the Enable Clips mode on Replay

When the Enable Clips mode on Replay is turned on, the Clips mode is enabled in the replay player. In this mode, highlight clips play in order in the replay player.

Watch highlight clips on the replay player

When the Clips mode is enabled, the edited highlight clips are played in order on the replay player by default. Customers can open the product bottom sheet and watch the highlight clip registered to the product.

Change the mode in the replay player

If the Timeline mode is turned on at the bottom-right of the replay player, the entire broadcasted campaign is played on the replay player.

Create a shortform from a highlight clip

By clicking the Create Shortform button, you can create a shortform from a highlight clip with entering the information and saving it.

Here’s what you might be curious about Highlight Clips! 🧐

• Can it be used in conjunction with the Campaign stats playback mode?

  • No, it can’t. If the Enable Clips mode on Replay is turned on, the Campaign stats playback mode is automatically turned off.

• What happens if the Starting/Ending point in the Replay tab is already set for playing only the selected range of the campaign broadcast?

  • The set Starting/Ending point is only applied to the Timeline mode, and in the Clips mode, where the highlight clips are played, each clip’s range is played instead.

• What happens if a product is unregistered from a campaign after live streaming?

  • The highlight clip of an unregistered product is not played on the replay player.
