Managing Cafe24 Products

If you are using Cafe24, you can use the following two methods to either import products registered in Cafe24 or update product information in the Shoplive Admin to the latest version all at once.
Import Cafe24 Products
Refresh Cafe24 Product Information

Import Cafe24 Products
You can instantly import products registered in Cafe24 into the Shoplive Admin.
1-1. Click the “Import Cafe24 products” Button
Click the “Import Cafe24 products” button. (Login with the Cafe24 master administrator account is required on first use.)

Access is restricted when logged in with a sub-administrator account.
If clicking the “Cafe24 Import products” button does not proceed to the next screen,
please log out of all sessions currently logged in with a sub-administrator account, then log in again using the master administrator account.
1-2. Select Cafe24 Product Import Fields
Select which Cafe24 product fields you want to map to the Shoplive product information. (Default mapping fields commonly used are preconfigured. These settings can be modified at any time after the initial setup.)

1-3. Review Sample Products
To verify that the product information is mapped correctly, 10 sample products will be loaded for preview.

1-4. Search for Products
After reviewing the sample information, search for the products you want to import using the search field.

You can search using the following criteria :
Product Number
Product Name
Product Code
Product Tag
Additional search capabilities:
Product Number, Product Code, and Product Tag support multiple (OR condition) searches using commas (,) or the Enter key as separators.
You can paste column values directly from Excel (cells will be automatically separated).
Product Number, Product Code, and Product Tag will only return results that exactly match the entered values.
1-5. Select Products
From the search results, select the products you want to register, then click the “Next” button.

1-6. Complete Product Import
Click the “Import Products” button to import and save the selected products. If any changes are required, you can edit the product information directly on this screen before saving.

2. Update Cafe24 Product Information
With a single click, you can synchronize product information in Shoplive Admin to match the latest information registered in Cafe24.
💡 Please Note !
Only products registered within the campaign can be updated.
Updating multiple products simultaneously may take approximately 5–10 minutes to complete.
2-1. Click the “Manage Cafe24 Products” Button
In the Shoplive Admin, go to: Campaign Detail Page → Select the Product Tab → Navigate to the Product section → Click the “Manage Cafe24 Products” button.

2-2. Select the “Update Product Information” Button
Click the “Manage Cafe24 Products” button at the top of the product section, then select “Update Product Information” from the dropdown menu.

2-3. Complete Product Information Refresh
Click the “Refresh Product Info” button to synchronize all product information registered in the campaign.
