Creating purchase raffle pop-ups

You can create a purchase raffle pop-up that can promote users' purchases and draw users who have purchased to run an event.

Create a purchase raffle pop-up

1. Click the Create pop-up button at the right-top of the Pop-ups menu.

2. Select Live Purchase Raffle button in the pop-up window.

3. Specify the title and content.

• Title : Required value / Title for management

• Image: This is an image that is exposed in the live player as a purchase verification icon.

• Live Purchase Raffle Title: This is the title that is displayed in the modal for purchase verification.

• Live Purchase Raffle Guide: This is a guide that is displayed in a modal for purchase authentication.

• Hint: This is a hint phrase that is exposed in the field in the modal for purchase authentication.

• Button text: This is the button phrase in the modal for purchase authentication.

• Notify raffle submission in the chat:  When a user completes a purchase code submit, it is an option to - automatically display the purchase raffle completed chat in the player chat window.

4. Set up the winner filters and selection announcement modal.

• Number of Winners: You can specify how many of the participants you want to set.

• Filters to Include: Winners will be selected from among the nominees who match all the selected filters.

  • Current Online

  • Cumulative watch time settings filter : It can be determined based on the cumulative viewing time within the broadcast.

    • Even if you leave and re-enter, the existing viewing time of the same broadcast is accumulated and calculated.

    • However, if a customer enters using ‘Security Mode’, it may not be calculated into the cumulative viewing time.

  • Grade Filter: Grade filter can only be used when linked separately.

• Inclusion of Guests

• Filters to Exclude: Exclude certain participants and select winners.

  • Today's campaign Winners: Excludes the winners of all events (including quizzes/events/surveys) of today's campaigns.

  • Exclude winners within a certain number of days: Exclude all winners from 0:00 to the present on the start date of the entered period.

• Winner Notification: You can set the title and content of the information modal.

  • You can enter text and also register images.

  • You can set a click event for the image.

Set up the purchase raffle pop-up

Add it to your stream. You can add them from the console and broadcast details.

Start the purchase raffle

• When you start from the console, the purchase raffle icon will be displayed in the live player.

• Tap the exposed icon to see a modal window where you can enter your order number to verify your purchase, and then submit your purchase code.

• Responses can be resubmitted, and when they are resubmitted, the participation details will be updated with the latest details.

End the purchase raffle submission

When you want to stop entering your purchase code in the player, click the End Raffle button.

Select and announce the purchase raffle winners

1. Winner selection

• Click the Select winner to search for candidates and selecting winners.

2. Winner announcement

• Click the Announce winners to reveal the winner of the purchase raffle event.

  • When setting the pop-up, if you save without setting a winner, you can proceed with purchase raffle without a winner.

• What should I do if I've stopped being verified and want to get certified again?

  • You can click the Re-authenticate button to start verifying your purchase again.

• I want to add validation of the purchase code.

  • You can add a validation of the purchase code (order number) that you enter in the player. Please contact a ShopLive representative!

• Can I start multiple purchase raffles at the same time?

  • Only one purchase raffle can be done at a time, and it can be done multiple times within a single broadcast.

• Can I check the details of participants and winners of the purchase raffle later on?

  • You can download the details of participants and winners of the purchase raffle in Excel format from Live Data Insight.
