Shoplive provides a FAQ pop-up that can be used on broadcast.
Create a FAQ pop-up
1. Click the Create pop-up button at the right-top of the Pop-ups menu.

2. Select FAQ.
3. Enter the Title and Content.
4. You can register multiple questions and answers by clicking the Add button.

5. If you click the icon in the preview on the right screen, you can see how it appears in the player.

6. Click the Save button.
Click events
You can set a click event for each answer.
Function | Description |
|---|---|
None | No event occurs after a click |
Link | Turns to designated URL |
Link (New window) | Opens up a new tab to designated URL |
Download coupon | Sends coupon code through ‘messageCallback’. (Requires client’s integration) |
User defined | Sends desired PAYLOAD in a JSON format |
Pop-up image | An image pop-up is displayed at the bottom |
