Creating draw event pop-ups

You can create raffle events to attract users' attention and engagement during your live campaign.

Create a draw event pop-up

1. Under Manage pop-ups, click the Create pop-up button.

   

2. In the pop-up window, select the draw event.

3. Enter a title.

4. Set the criteria for selecting winners.

• Number of winners: You can specify how many participants you want to choose.

• Chat Filters : It includes cases where either one applies.

  • Highlight Chat: Includes cases saved as Highlight Chat.

  • Saved chats: Includes saved chats.

• Include Filters:  Winners will be selected from among the nominees who match all the selected filters.

  • Current Viewing filter

  • Cumulative watch time settings filter : It can be determined based on the cumulative viewing time within the broadcast.

    • Even if you leave and re-enter, the existing viewing time of the same broadcast is accumulated and calculated.

    • However, if a customer enters using ‘Security Mode’, it may not be calculated into the cumulative viewing time.

  • Grade Filter: Grade filter is only available when integrated.

• Winner Guest Inclusion: You can set whether or not to include guests.

• Exclusion Filter: Exclude specific participants and select winners.

  • Today's Broadcast Winners: Excluding the winners of all events (including quiz/event/survey/purchase verification) of today's broadcast.

  • Exclude broadcast winners within a certain number of days: Exclude all winners from 0:00 to the present on the start date of the entered period.

• Winner's Announcement: You can set the title and content of the announcement modal.

  • You can enter text content, and you can also register images.

  • You can set the click event of the image.

  • Time Limit: You can set the time when the winner pop-up is displayed.

Draw event pop-up settings

Add a draw event pop-up to your campaign. You can add them from the console and campaign details.

Draw Event Starts

• Start a draw event on your console.

• No icons are displayed on the player.

• Subsequent winners can be selected based on the user's behavior during the start of the event.

Winner of the draw event

1. Selection of Winners

• Displays a winner selection modal to search for candidates and select a winner.

2. Announcement of Winners

• We push Announce Winner and announce winner of draw event.

• Winners will be shown a congratulatory pop-up, and non-eligible users will be shown a winners' list pop-up.

I'm curious about the draw event! 🤔

• Can't see the list of winners again?

  • You can download the list of winners from the 'Winners' download button on your console or from Data Insights > Draw event winners.

• I don't think I'm looking up the potential winners.

  • Double-check the filters in the selection modal. If there are no users who meet the filter criteria, the search will not be performed.

• After the live campaign ends, can I edit the draw event pop-up?

  • After the live campaign ends, you will not be able to edit the draw event pop-up that was used in the ended live campaign.
