Creating admin account

Please request for your admin account to a Shoplive representative. Your account will be issued once you provide your email and name that will be registered. Once your account is issued, a temporary password will be sent to your email. Make sure to reset the password on your first login.

Can multiple users use the same account?

We issue unlimited Shoplive admin accounts. We recommend that you DO NOT share your Shoplive admin account with others.
