Conducting the quiz/survey and drawing the winners

During the campaign, you can set the quiz whenever you want.

Quiz/Survey list

To enter the quiz/survey list screen, click on the Quiz/Survey tab in Console > Pop-up list during the campaign, or click on the Status button to the right of the quiz/survey to proceed.

Start Quiz/Survey

Select the quiz/survey you wish to proceed with, and click on the Start Quiz button to proceed. Even if you click on the Start Quiz button, the quiz/survey will not start immediately. You can edit the selected quiz/survey pop-up by clicking on the Edit button.

Confirm to start a quiz

When you click on the Start Quiz button, a window will appear to confirm the start of the quiz/survey. To start the quiz/survey, click on the OK button. Click Cancel to return to the previous screen.

Show Quiz/Survey

As soon as you click on the Confirm button, the quiz/survey will start, and you can check the on-going quiz/survey pop-up on the Player screen.

Check the Quiz/Survey from the prompter

When the quiz/survey starts, the prompter will show the quiz/survey that is in progress on the upper right area and the host can check the questions.

Show the Quiz/Survey answer

After the start of the Quiz/Survey, the Show answer button will be exposed after the set duration. (Depending on the duration setting, you may need to close the quiz by clicking on the Close quiz button in order to announce the correct answer.)

Show the quiz answer

You can announce the correct answer or result by clicking the OK button followed by the Answer posting button

Check the answers and results for quiz / survey

You can display results on the user screen depending on the result. Also, you can showcase the different screens to the respective participants (whether it is the correct answer or not) according to pop-up options

End quiz/survey

If the Duration of the quiz pop-up is set, the answer reveals screen will disappear after that time. If the Duration is set as Keep on, click on the End button to make the answer reveal screen disappear.

List the completed quiz/survey & prepare for the next quiz/survey

When the quiz/survey ends, the completed quiz/survey will move to the End area at the bottom of the list. You can continue to the next quiz in the "Preparing" area. If you want to restart a quiz that has already been completed, you can reset the quiz to its pre-start state by clicking the Reset button.

Please note

If you decide to reset, all quiz/survey participant and winner information will be reset. If you want to select multiple winners by conducting the same quiz multiple times, please use the pop-up clone function.

Identify quiz/survey participants and winners

After the broadcast ends, you can download the list of quiz/survey participants and winners in an Excel file by clicking the Quiz Participants and Quiz Winners button on the Data Insights page of each broadcast.
