Downloading the full campaign video

Once the campaign has ended, you can download the full video from Data Insight in the campaign details.

Shoplive provides two types of video files: flv, which is the original transmission video, and mp4, which is highly compatible.

Is the chat included in the video file?

The video file is a pure original video file that does not include player UI elements such as logos, chats, likes, and pop-ups. Videos that include player elements are not provided.

1. After the campaign has ended, click on Data Insight in the Campaigns section.

2. You can download the mp4 file of a completed campaign by clicking All videos in Download data.
