Shoplive provides an auction feature.
Conducting Auction
To use the auction feature, consultation with Shoplive is required. Please contact us at ask@shoplive.cloud for more details.
Add products to the campaign
Add the created auction products to the campaign. For how to create auction products, please refer to the Creating an auction product guide.
Check auction products
Click the Auction in product area of the console page.
Conduct an auction
Click the Start below the product you want to auction. After starting the auction, it will automatically end when the set time has elapsed.

End an ongoing auction
Although the auction will automatically end after the pre-set duration, if you wish to end it early, you can click the End to finish the ongoing auction at your desired time.
