Chat management

Following functions can be used to manage chat during the campaign.

• Search chat

• Highlighted chat

• Save chat

• Mute a blocked user

• Delete chat

• Reply to chat

• Change chat color

Chat management

Chat messages are displayed in real-time, and loading of chat messages stops when scrolling through the chat history.

Clicking the Resume scroll (Which is shown as the Stop Scroll when there is no chat) button loads new chats.

The check icon displayed to the right of the user nickname in user chats is a feature that indicates a login users. This icon is not displayed for guest users.

Search chat

The desired chat can be search using the search bar. Clicking the Resume scroll button reloads the chat messages.

Highlighted chat

Messages from users can be highlighted and displayed on the prompter screen of the live presenter. Copying and saving messages is possible with the Copy button on the right side of the highlighted chat area, and messages can be deleted through the X button. Batch deletion is also possible through the Delete all button.

Save chat

In order to copy and save the chat message, press the Copy and Save button on the right hand side of the chat message. You can manage the messages you saved from the saved chat list screen. Saved chats can be managed in the Manage section of the console.

Mute a blocked user

When hovering over the chat content, a block icon appears, and clicking it allows you to block the respective user. Chats from blocked users are only visible to the users themselves.

Chat font size

The font size of the chat can be adjusted through the button on the left side of the search bar.

Delete chat

Hovering over the chat you wish to delete and clicking the delete icon allows for the removal of that chat from both the player and console, and the viewer associated with the chat can be blocked.

Reply to chat

Hover the mouse over the chat to which you want to reply and click the reply icon.

Once the input field is displayed, enter the content of the reply and click the Send button. The reply you have entered can be edited later.

When entering a reply, a notification pop-up appears at the bottom of the player.

Change chat color

In the console, you can change the color of a user’s chat. It changes immediately by entering a color code directly or selecting the desired color.
